David Matthews Associates is a full service real estate appraisal and counseling firm founded in 1980 by C. David Matthews, MAI, CRE, SRA. He holds membership in the Appraisal Associates Institute, the Counselors of Real Estate, the American Right-of-Way Association, and the National Association of Realtors. Over the past 30 years he has appraised all types of properties in ten states and testified as an expert witness in federal and state courts.

The staff  members have varied experience covering all phases of  real estate and are licensed to appraise all types of real estate in Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois. The company specializes in the analysis and valuation of commercial, industrial, office, agricultural, and residential properties. A substantial number of the major properties in the Tri-State have been purchased, sold, or developed with the assistance of valuation services of David Matthews Associates. We also provide counseling services on buy, sell, lease, feasibility, and land use decisions. Our clients include lenders, corporations, governmental agencies, utility companies, railroads, developers, investors, brokers, religious institutions, universities, pension funds, charitable organizations, homeowners, and others.
